Australia tour to England 1934. Hotel Metropole, Folkestone letterhead nicely signed in black ink by the twelve members of the Australian team for the tour match v England XI at Folkestone, 1st- 4th September 1934. Signatures are Woodfull (Captain), Wall, Grimmett, O’Reilly, Fleetwood-Smith, Oldfield, Bradman, Brown, Kippax, McCabe, Ponsford and Ebeling. Slight smudging to the signature of Grimmett which has been signed unusually small. Some creasing and folds, rust mark to top corner, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
No play was possible on the first day and the match ended in a draw. Bradman ended 149no in Australia’s only innings.
