South Africa tour to England 1935. Album page signed in ink by thirteen members of the South African touring party. The page titled ‘South Africa XI May 15, 16, 17’ when they played Oxford University at The Parks, Oxford. Signatures of those who played in the match are Wade (Captain), Cameron, Rowan, Nourse, Vincent, Tomlinson, Balaskas, Dalton, Viljoen and Langton, plus Mitchell, Williams and Crisp. The page has been unevenly split with each half laid to two larger album pages. To the verso of one page is an excellent ink signature of Harold Larwood on piece laid down. Light folds and creasing to the South Africa page(s), otherwise nice signatures in good condition.
