Devereux of Eton, with embroidered family arms of Tennyson emblem to front, worn by Hardstaff on the tour. Name handwritten to inner label. Minor wear internally otherwise in good/very good condition. A rarely seen pre war tour cap
Lord Tennyson’s tour to India 1937/38 was a success, Tennyson’s team winning the three of the five unofficial ‘test’ matches. Hardstaff came second on the batting averages for the tour with 39.22
