Tom Webster’s Annuals 1920’s. Selection of four Annuals for 1923, 1924, 1926 and 1927 containing Webster’s cartoons, featuring many sports, including cricket, football, horse racing, golf, billiards, boxing, boat race etc, published in the Daily Mail for each year. Minor wear and age toning to wrappers, some wear to spines and wrapper extremities otherwise in good condition. Sold with a bound volume of Punch Magazine for 1898, with various cartoons, some featuring cricket and including full page ‘Fiftieth Year of Grace-not out, ‘ limited edition cricket print, number 1/50 produced in 1991 by G. Ring, depicting Sylvester Clarke and Monty Lynch as bowler and batsmen and to centre John Major, former Prime Minister to centre as umpire, signed by all three and stored in a postal tube addressed to Mrs Major at 10 Downing Street, plus a selection of mainly cricket brochures, programmes, booklets, smaller prints etc, odd signature including Atherton, Hussain and Foster.
