‘Frank Sugg’s Pocket Cricket Annual 1898-1903. Three issues of the Annual for 1898, 1899 and 1903. Edited by Frank and Walter Sugg, Liverpool. Padwick 1115. The 1898 issue tipped in to modern blue cloth boards, original decorative card wrappers retained. Some wear to original wrappers, otherwise in good/ very good condition. The 1899 in original red cloth wrappers. Some age toning, otherwise good. The 1903 in original paper wrappers with some wear and age toning, small loss to spine, otherwise in good condition.
Frank Sugg played for first-class cricket for Yorkshire, Derbyshire & Lancashire 1883-1899 and made two Test appearances for England in 1888. His brother, Walter, played for Yorkshire and Derbyshire 1881-1902.
