Ernest Needham. Derbyshire 1901-1912. Mono real photograph postcard of Needham standing full length at the crease in batting pose, wearing Derbyshire cap. Appears to be by Foster of Brighton. Postally unused. Slight mount indentations to corners, otherwise in very good condition. An excellent image.
Needham was a member of the Sheffield United football team who won the F.A. Cup in 1899 and 1902. He also played for England in sixteen internationals, scoring three goals.
