Northamptonshire C.C.C. 1937-1938. Three mono real photograph postcards of Northamptonshire players, each with official stamp to verso for A. Wilkes & Son, West Bromwich. Includes one signed postcard of Kenneth Cecil James (Wellington, Northamptonshire & New Zealand 1929-1947), head and shoulders in cameo, signed in ink by James below the image, 1938 annotated in pencil to verso. Others are Frederick Norman Grimshaw (Northamptonshire 1933-1938), and Albert George ‘Bert’ Robinson (Northamptonshire 1937-1946), both depicted head and shoulders in cricket attire, and date stamped to verso 1937. All postally unused. Very good condition.
