Sussex v Gloucestershire, Hove, May 1928. Mono real photograph postcard of the team, standing and seated in rows, with Captain, Arthur Gilligan to centre. The postcard signed by nine of the players featured, lacking the signatures of the two ‘gentlemen cricketers’ Gilligan and Grimston. Signatures include Tate, Hollingdale, Parks, Wensley, Langridge, Mathews, Bowley etc. Postcard by Nias of Brighton. Postally unused. Good condition
