Albert Edward Relf. Sussex, Auckland & England 1900-1921. Early sepia real photograph postcard of Relf depicted standing full length at the wicket wearing Sussex cap and holding a ball. Very nicely signed in black ink to the photograph by Relf. Blind embossed stamp to lower right corner for Foster of Brighton. Postmarked 1908. A lovely image and excellent signature. Sold with two further mono postcards of Relf, one in batting pose, Wrench Series no. 1690, the other in bowling pose, ‘Warner’s Team Series’ by John Walker & Co., London. Both postally unused. Minor wear to corners of the signed postcard, otherwise in very good condition. Qty 3.
