Kent. Four early postcards depicting cricket at Tonbridge cricket grounds. One titled ‘Tonbridge Cricket Ground, Kent’, Bowden Bros Rival Photographic Series no. 1412. Postally unused. Some creasing. A colour postcard of ‘County Cricket Match, Tonbridge’, Valentine’s series no. 49528. Also two of cricket at Tonbridge School, one a mono real photograph postcard by Allwork Bros., Tonbridge, no. 166, the other a later colour postcard by J. Salmon of Sevenoaks. All postally unused. Sold with a sepia real photograph postcard of cricket at ‘Lower Cricket Ground from Mt. Ephraim, Royal Tunbridge Wells, by H. Camburn of Tunbridge Wells. Postmarked 1913. A nice image. Odd minor faults, otherwise in very good condition. Qty 5.
