Team and player postcards 1900s-1950s. Twelve mono postcards, the majority real photographs. Includes team postcards of Middlesex c.1901, Wrench Series no. 3283, Nottinghamshire ‘Notts XI’ 1902, Dainty Series, Kent 1923 at Dover (photographer unknown), Yorkshire 1956 (unknown), Gentlemen (v Players) at Scarborough 1952 (possibly Walkers), and an early club team postcard of Hale C.C. (Altrincham, Lancashire) 1912. Also player portrait postcards of D.O. Baldry and M.D. Burdern of Hampshire, both by Sporting Handbooks, and Hampshire’s ‘Champagne Celebration’ on winning the County Championship 1973, ‘Collector-Cricket’ series no. C5010 etc. All postally unused, some with annotations to verso. Good condition.
