South Africa v England, 2nd Test, Newlands, Cape Town, 31st December 1927- 4th January 1928. Incomplete printed scores. England (133 & 428) beat South Africa (250 & 224) by 84 runs. 10”x8.5”. Some foxing, otherwise in good condition. 3rd Test, Kingsmead, Durban, 21st- 25th January 1928. Incomplete printed and handwritten scores, South Africa 246 & 464/8 dec., England 430 & 132/2, match drawn. 12.25”x10”. Folds, age toning and wear with some loss, generally fair condition. Sold with an official programme for the New Zealand Plunket Shield match, Wellington v. Canterbury, Basin Reserve, Wellington, 31st December 1927- 3rd January 1928, Wellington won by five wickets.
