Australia tour to England 1934. Nottinghamshire v Australians. Original commemorative silk scorecard for the tour match played at Trent Bridge, 11th- 14th August 1934. The Australians batted first and reached 237, William Woodfull top scorer with 81, Bill Voce taking 8/66. In reply Nottinghamshire made 183 (Joe Hardstaff 38). The Australians declared their second innings at 230/2, Bill Brown ending 100no, Alan Kippax 75 no. Nottinghamshire held on for a draw, ending 128/6. Printed on the ground by C.H. Roberts of Nottingham. 6.5”x9”. Ex Bill Voce collection. Lightly laid to black page with small adhesive marks showing through and minor staining, otherwise in very good condition.
