Arsenal F.C. 1949. Album page signed in blue ink by fourteen members of the Arsenal team. Signatures include McPherson, Barnes, Scott, Macaulay, Logie, L. Compton, Smith, Mercer, Drake, D. Compton, Lewis etc. Sold with an album page of the same period signed in blue ink to one side by eleven members of Bury F.C. including Hart, Bradshaw, G. Griffiths, Fairclough, Bardsley, Bodle etc. To the verso eleven ink signatures of the Combined Services cricket team, corresponding with the match played v Glamorgan at Cardiff, 7th & 8th June 1950. Signatures include Shirreff, Kimmins, Close, Deighton, Ainsworth, Greensmith, Fenner etc. Good condition. Qty 3.
