‘Cricket: A Weekly Record of the Game’. Volume XXX. Numbers 860-889. January 26th to December 1911. Illustrated. Bound in later green cloth, gilt title to spine. Complete with title and contents pages bound in at front, lacking poster supplement for 15th April. The title ‘Cricket: A Weekly Record of the Game’ at the top of each page of issues 887-889 was changed on the 7th October issue (number 887) to ‘Rugby, Football and Cricket’. This bound volume appears to comprise the cricket issues, plus Volume I No. 1 of ‘Rugby, Football and Cricket’ for 7th October bound in to the back with a duplicate issue of ‘Cricket: A Weekly Record’ of the same date. Second Contents page torn with tape repair and small loss to one corner. Some age toning to page, otherwise in good/ very good condition. A rarer issue.
