John (+ James) Lillywhite’s Cricketers’ Companion 1865-1885. Complete run of the annual handsomely bound together in four volumes in full green leather with gilt titles to spines and raised bands. The first volume comprises the issues for 1865-1870, the 1865, 1866 and 1867 lacking original wrappers, the 1868 with front green wrapper, lacking rear, the 1869 with rear wrapper, lacking front, and the 1870 with full wrappers retained. The second volume contains the issues for 1871-1875, the 1871, 1873 & 1874 with original wrappers (some loss to rear wrapper of the 1871), the 1872 lacking rear, the 1875 lacking wrappers. The third volume with issues for 1876-1880 and fourth volume with issues for 1881-1885 all with original green wrappers retained with the exception of the 1877 and 1885, both lacking rear wrapper. Some wear and ageing, overall in good condition.
