Twelve photographic illustrations, original semi transparent wrappers with gilt titles to front. A fine copy of this higly coveted and most elusive title, copies only being circulated among team members and close friends. Previously sold as lot 189 in the B.J. Wakley auction held by Bonhams in April 2003
