Four different editions of the title were published including the scarce ‘Edition de luxe’. Publisher’s note on page v indicates an ‘Edition de luxe... is being arranged for’. This scarce ‘Edition de luxe’ is handsomely bound in black calf with beautifully marbled endpapers, gilt to page edges, gilt title to front cover and spine with raised bands to spine. Bookplate of J.
