W.G. Grace. ‘The 150th Anniversary of the Birth of W.G. Grace 1848-1998’. Four large and heavy Waterford Crystal glass vases of fluted form, each etched to the front panel with an excellent full length portrait of W. G. Grace in batting pose. Marked to base with edition number being 25, 27, 29 and 33 of 150 produced. 12” tall. Produced in 1998. One of the vases, number 29, has a slightly different etching to the other three in that instead of the skull cap type cricket cap, Grace is depicted wear a flatter peaked cap. Each stands on a circular wooden plinth with gold metal title plaque. Very good condition. Formerly in the M.C.C. Collection.
