‘Middlesex County Cricket Club’. Three volumes, ‘1864-1899’ by W.J. Ford, London 1900, ‘1900-1920’ by F.S. Ashley-Cooper, London 1921, and ‘1921-1947’ by N. Haig, London 1949. All three uniformly bound in original red cloth with Middlesex club emblem of the three seaxes in gilt to fronts and titles in gilt to spines. Ownership signature of Sydney Santall (Warwickshire 1894-1914) to front endpaper of Volume I. Minor wear to spine papers of Vols. I & II, otherwise in good/ very good condition. Sold with a ‘Benefit Middlesex Souvenir Brochure’ 1979 with over twenty signatures in ink throughout including Denis Compton, George Mann, Charles Robins, Mike Brearley, Clive Radley, nine members of the 1979 team including Butcher, Gatting, Emburey, Barlow, Selvey etc., and to rear autographs page by eight including Parfitt, Moss, Russell, Warr, Carr, Murray etc. Good condition.
