De Beus, 1937[?], Padwick 759, number ‘IV’ in the series (‘IV’ having been altered in pencil to ‘I’). Both in good/ very good condition. Sold with three later editions, two by R.G. Ingelse, ‘III. Batten [Batting]’, second (revised) edition published 1952, Padwick 698, signed by Ingelse. ‘VIII. Fielden [Fielding]’, 1952, Padwick 756, and ‘De Regels van het Cricketspel [laws of cricket]’, foreword by W.F. Bok, 1956, Padwick 226. All titles printed in Dutch. Original decorative wrappers.
