Manchester United. ‘Tackle Soccer This Way’. Duncan Edwards. First edition, London 1958. Original hardback with good dustwrapper. Good/ very good condition.
The Publisher’s Note at the beginning of the book describes commissioning Duncan Edwards to write this instructional book in October 1957. Edwards delivered the manuscript in 1958 on the eve of departing for the match in Yugoslavia which ended tragically with the Munich Air Disaster in which Edwards lost his life.
