M.C.C. tour of South Africa 1956/57. Rarer sepia postcard of the Union-Castle Line R.M.S. ‘Edinburgh Castle’ which took the team to South Africa. Very nicely signed in ink to card face by nineteen members of the touring party. Signatures include May (Captain), Laker, Duckworth, Evans, Lock, Parks, Oakman, Brown, Compton, Bailey, Tyson, Cowdrey, Richardson, Loader, Insole, Wardle, Taylor etc. Postally unused. Ink annotation to verso, otherwise in very good condition.
