‘The American Cricket Annual for 1890’. First year of publication. Compiled and edited by Jerome Flannery. Published by C.J. Sabiston, New York 1890. Original blue wrappers with gilt title to front. Padwick 4045. Minor wear to wrapper extremities, some water staining to page edges, otherwise in good/very good condition.
First published in 1890 as ‘The American Cricket Annual’, from 1898 the publication was renamed ‘The American Cricket Annual and Golf Guide’, and was subsequently incorporated into Spalding’s Official Cricket Guide in 1904 after a lapse of two years.
