Published by David Bryce & Son., Glasgow c.1899. 32pp. Humorous sporting scenes illustrating the ‘probable cost’ of each sport, including cricket reference on p10 with likely cost to the wicket-keeper of two black eyes. Seven illustrations and front wrapper in colour. Tipped in to modern blue cloth, gilt title to spine, original wrappers retained. Padwick 7029-1. Very good condition.
