‘Wood-Milne Motor Tyres & Golf Balls’. Interesting early silver base metal vesta case advertising their products, with unusual slide out cylindrical opening. 2.25” long by 1.25”. Some wear and ageing to case.
Wood-Milne Motor Tyres & Golf Balls were run by T.H. Roberts based in London and Manchester and were established in 1896. The variety of items made by the Wood-Milne Company included rubber heels, soles and tips, pneumatic tyres and inner tubes for motor cars and motorcycles, solid band tyres for motor vehicles, belts for motor cycles, foot pumps for motor tyres and golf balls
