Rugby League. ‘Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Football Club’ 1960. Large official mono photograph of the victorious Wakefield Trinity team who beat Hull 38-5 in the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final at Wembley, 14th May 1960. The players and officials are depicted seated and standing in rows with the trophy, crowds in the stand in the background. The photograph by S.T. Richards measures 14”x9”, laid to official photographer’s mount with printed title and players names to mount borders, overall 18”x14”. Players featured include Turner (Captain), Holliday, Smith, Poynton, Rollin, Etty, Wakefield etc. Very good condition.
