‘Sheffield Park Winter Sports. January 17th 1891’. Two excellent original sepia photographs of ta cricket match being played in the snow at Sheffield Park in January 1891 with spectators in attendance, some on the bridge in the background. The photographs, one a panoramic view and the other a more closer image, laid down to official photographers mount with printed title to lower border. The photograph measures 11.5”x 9.25”. Overall 14.75”x12.75”. Photograph by E. Hawkins of Brighton. Both in good/very good condition
