Glass cricket panel. Attractive and unusual 18th century cricket scene hand painted in colour to a narrow pane of glass. The scene depicts a batsman standing with curved bat in front of a wicket comprising two stumps and a single bail, facing the bowler about to bowl, fielders and wicket-keeper looking on. The glass is set in a wooden frame, overall 18.75”x3.5”. Artist unknown. Very good condition.
