John (+ James) Lillywhite’s Cricketers’ Companion 1865-1885. Complete run of the annual handsomely bound together in six volumes in quarter green leather with gilt titles to spines and raised bands, all issues with original green wrappers retained. Gilt to top page edges of all but one of the issues. The first volume comprises the issues for 1865-1868. The second volume with issues for 1869-1872, small loss to the front wrapper of the 1870 and rear wrapper of the 1872. The third volume with issues for 1873-1876, loss to rear wrapper of the 1873 and front wrapper of the 1875. The fourth volume with issues for 1877-1879. The fifth volume with issues for 1880-1882. The sixth volume with issues for 1883-1885. Odd faults to original wrappers as described. Some issues tightly trimmed by the book binder. Some wear and ageing, minor scuffing to spine and board extremities, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
