‘English Team 1913-1914’. Rarer ‘Officers Mess Cigarettes’ mono advertising postcard of the M.C.C. team who toured South Africa in 1913/14. The players, depicted seated and standing in rows wearing cricket attire, include Douglas, Barnes, Hearne, Hobbs, Mead, Rhodes, Strudwick, Tennyson, Woolley etc. Tour fixtures printed to verso. Postally unused. Light vertical crease and to corner, otherwise in good condition.
