Frank Edward Woolley. Kent & England 1906-1938. Two official scorecards for charity matches between ‘F.E. Woolley’s County XI and XV of Tunbridge Wells & District’ played at Linden Park, Tunbridge Wells, 28th April 1928 and 27th April 1929, both with handwritten scores in pencil. Woolley’s team featured Kent players including Seymour, Hubble, Legge, Knott, Todd, Cornwallis, Freeman, Wright etc. and the Tunbridge Wells teams featured notable players including The Nawab of Pataudi and ‘Hopper’ Levett. Both scorecards with horizontal fold and lightly laid down side by side to a green page. Good condition.
