Gentlemen v Players at Lord’s 1922-1962. A good selection of thirty one official scorecards for matches played at Lord’s, the majority with complete printed and/ or handwritten scores. Seasons are 1922, 1923, 1925, 1927-1930, 1932, 1934, 1936-1939, and 1946-1962. The 1936 scorecard with signature of J.W.A. Stephenson (9/46 in the first innings, ten wickets in the match) on piece laid down. The 1951 scorecard with accompanying printed M.C.C. card marking five hundred years of cricket, 1451-1951. Sold with four earlier official scorecards for Gentlemen v Players matches played at Kennington Oval in 1910, 1923, 1925 and 1931. Odd folds and minor faults, otherwise in good condition. Qty 36.
