Matches are v Middlesex, Lord’s 25th- 28th May 1929, lost by nine wickets. v Yorkshire, Bramall Lane 15th- 18th June 1929, lost by five wickets. v Somerset, Taunton 24th- 26th July 1929, drawn. v The Rest (Champion County Match), Kennington Oval 14th- 18th September 1929, lost by eight runs. v Middlesex, Lord’s 19th- 22nd July 1930, drawn. v Middlesex, Lord’s 13th- 16th June 1931, won by 126 runs. v Yorkshire, Headingley 9th- 12th July 1932, lost by ten wickets, signature in ink on piece laid down of Yorkshire’s Hedley Verity who took all ten wickets in the second innings for only ten runs including a hat-trick. v Lancashire, Old Trafford 27th- 30th August 1932, drawn. v Middlesex, Lord’s 27th- 30th May 1933, won by five wickets. v Lancashire, Old Trafford 21st- 24th July 1934, drawn. v Surrey, Kennington Oval 4th- 7th August 1934, drawn. Folds and age toning to some, otherwise in generally good condition.
