‘Derby County Football Club 1922-3’. Large original mono photograph of the Derby County playing staff seated and standing in rows wearing football attire in front of the grandstand. Players who featured in the 1922/23 season include Olney, Chandler, Crilly, McIntyre, Wightman, Storer, Thornewell, Lyons, Moore, Murphy, Thoms, Galloway, Plackett etc. The photograph measures 11.5”x9.5”, laid to official photographer’s mount, overall 18”x14”. Title and photographer’s name, ‘Winter of Derby’ printed to lower edge of the photograph. Very good condition. An excellent image.
