‘The Eton [and Harrow] Fan. Lord’s 1875’. A concertina hand fan with chromolithographic print in gold ink on a cornflower blue paper background comprising title to centre and players for both Eton and Harrow teams listed to either side within decorative borders, mounted to folding wooden sticks. Notable players featured include, for Eton, Alfred Lyttelton (Cambridge University, Middlesex & England 1876-1887), and Herbert Whitfield (Sussex 1878-1885), for Harrow Charles Kemp (Kent 1878), and George Grundy (Sussex 1880). To the verso, advertising for Eugene Rimmel Choice Perfumery. 9.5”. Some splitting, loss to two panels, otherwise in good condition.
