Charles George Macartney. New South Wales & Australia 1905-1926. Single page typewritten letter from Charles Macartney to a ‘P.T. Bailey’ of Leicester, replying to a request for his autograph, which he has done along with an autographed postcard of himself. The letter is sent from Chatswood, Sydney, dated 6th July 1948 and is very nicely signed in ink by Macartney. Horizontal and vertical folds, nick to lower edge, slight splitting to fold, otherwise in good/ very good condition.
