‘Surrey v. Sussex’ 1886. Early original double sided scorecard with complete printed scores for the match played at the County Ground, Hove 16th- 18th August 1886. Sussex (277 & 75/6) beat Surrey (182 & 169) by four wickets. Sussex captain Frederick Lucas top scored in the match with 121 in their first innings. Printed on the ground by Wright & Co. (Cricket Press), London. 4.5”x6”. Advertisement to verso for ‘Cricket A Weekly Record’. Very good condition.
