South Africa. Transvaal v Western Province 1972/73. Official autograph sheet with handwritten title and players’ names for the match played at Newlands 30th December 1972- 2nd January 1973. Fully signed in biro by the twelve members of the Transvaal team. Signatures are Bacher (Captain), Bath, Cook, de Vaal, Irvine, Kerr, Mackay-Coghill, Muzzell, Neilson, Rice, Weightman and White. Also signed by Gie, Snyman and Hobson of Western Province. Match drawn. Sold with an official Transvaal Cricket Union autograph sheet for Transvaal ‘B’ v Western Province ‘B’, Johannesburg 9th & 10th January 1976 signed by twelve Transvaal players including de Vaal (Captain), Seccombe, Dunlop, Muzzell, Cook, Neilson, Joubert etc. Each page lightly laid to large album page. Folds to the 1976 sheet, otherwise in very good condition.
