Iftikhar Khan Ali, Nawab of Pataudi. Oxford University, Worcestershire, India, England etc. 1928-1946. Excellent original mono full length studio portrait of Pataudi wearing ceremonial robes. Nicely signed in black ink to the darker area of the photograph ‘Yours very sincerely, Iftikhar (Pat)’. Accompanying the photograph is a fragment of the original photographer’s mount indicating the photograph was taken by the Photo Service Company, Delhi. The photograph measures 7.5”x11.75”. Adhesive marks to verso where previously laid down, some silvering to edges, crease to lower right corner, otherwise a fine image in very good condition.
