W.G. Grace at the cricket early 1900s. Large early original sepia photograph of a large group of cricketers and friends seated and standing in rows at the front of the Crystal Palace cricket pavilion in the early 1900s. Grace is depicted in the second row wearing a suit and hat. Match unknown. The photograph, by J. Russell & Sons of Baker Street and Southsea, measures 11.5”x7.25”. Laid to official photographer’s mount, overall 18.5”x14”. An excellent image in very good condition.
