Australian state team photographs 1946-1974. Four official team photographs, each with players seated and standing in rows wearing cricket attire. One unmounted photograph is of the New South Wales team for the tour match v M.C.C. at Sydney, 15th- 19th November 1946 including Barnes, Morris, Carmody, Pettiford, Saggers, Lindwall, Toshack etc. 9.5”x7.5”, photographer unknown. Some creasing. The other three all laid to photographers’ mounts with printed titles and players’ names, each overall approx. 14”x12”. Teams are New South Wales for the Sheffield Shield match v South Australia at Sydney 11th- 15th February 1949 including Morris, de Courcey, Moroney, Burke, Saggers etc. (photographer unknown), New South Wales Colts v Queensland Colts at Sydney 28th- 30th October 1958 by Melba of Sydney, and the ‘Queensland Sheffield Team Southern Tour 1973-74’ featuring G. Chappell, Francke, Majid Khan, Dymock, Hohns, Maclean etc. Boase Photograph, Malvern S.A. Odd faults to mounts, the photographs in good condition.
