Jean Laurent Robert Borotra. 1930s. Sepia real photograph postcard of Borotra standing full length in tennis attire. Very nicely signed in black ink to the photograph ‘J. Borotra’. Printed title to lower edge. Publisher’s blind embossed stamp to lower right margin for E. Trim of Wimbledon. Postally unused. A nice image in excellent condition.
Jean Borotra was one of the ‘Four Musketeers’ from France who dominated tennis in the late 1920s and 1930s.
