Henry Wilfred ‘Bunny’ Austin. 1930s. Sepia real photograph postcard of Austin standing full length in tennis attire at the net. Very nicely signed in black ink to the photograph ‘H.W. Bunny Austin’. Printed title to lower edge. Published by E. Trim of Wimbledon, series no. R100. Postally unused. A nice image in very good condition.
Bunny Austin reached the final of the Wimbledon men’s singles championship in 1938, the last British tennis player to do so until Andy Murray in 2012.
