German and European football circa late 1980/early 1990’s. A large maroon album containing a large collection of club and trade postcards of German and European players, many signed by the players featured. Club cards are for SV Werder Bremen, Eintracht Frankfurt, Kaiserslautern, Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich, Hertha BSC, F.C. Cologne, Borussia Monchengladbach, PSV Eindhoven, A.C. Milan, F.C. Porto, Benfica, Saint-Etienne, Real Madrid etc. Signatures include Grabowski, Wofgang Overath, Uwe Seeler, Otto Rehhagel, Paul Breitner, Wolfgang Weber, Fritz Walter, Gerd Muller, Michael Klein, Sepp Maier, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Franz Beckenbauer, Bertie Vogts, Steffan Effenberg, Uli Hoeness, Gunter Netzer, Stephan Engels etc. The majority of the signatures are to the German cards. There are also some earlier colour cards of players of Benfica circa 1950’s?. Sold with a small red album containing twenty five colour and mono trade postcards, mainly of international teams issued for the World Cup in Argentina by Max Bieber, Switzerland. Teams featured include Poland, West Germany, Sweden, France, Holland, Peru, Argentina, Scotland etc. Other postcards include three from World Cup 1966 issued by Bergmann, one for the 1970 and the 1982 World Cup’s.
