Bird’s Custard 1940. ‘For a Home Win... there’s nothing like Bird’s Custard’. Original full page advertisement from ‘Picture Post’, 16th March 1940, of a boy depicted in football attire with one foot resting on a ball, with outlines of two trophies on a red background. The page, laid to tightly trimmed card, measures 10”x13.5”. Small losses to corners, creasing, wear and some soiling to edges, otherwise in good condition.
