Manchester City friendlies 1951/52-1964/65. Six official programmes for friendlies, five for matches at Maine Road, one rarer in the Isle of Man. Matches are v River Plate 2nd February 1952, v M.T.K. (Hungary) 6th December 1956, v Werder Bremen 11th March 1957, v A.C. Torino 11th October 1961, also two charity matches, one for the Variety Club of Great Britain v Manchester United 7th May 1964, the other a rarer programme for the match v Stoke City played at the Onchan Stadium, Isle of Man 9th August 1964. The 1952 programme with annotations to the centre field of play pages, lacking staples, the 1961 programme with wear to wrappers. rusting to some staples, otherwise in good condition.
