England v Australia 1921. Official complete admission ticket for the third day of the first Test match played at Trent Bridge, Nottingham on May 31st 1921. The blue ticket in three joined sections was never used as the Test match only lasted for the first two days. A rare early ticket, seldom seen. Some wear otherwise in good condition
In a low scoring Test match, Australia won the first Test by 10 wickets, England made 112 in their first innings, Australia replying with 232, The Australian then bowled England out for 147 and knocked off the required runs without loss. Gregory and McDonald did the damage for Australia both taking eight wickets in the match
