Gilbert Laird Jessop. Gloucestershire, Cambridge University & England 1894-1914. Selection of postcards and correspondence sent to, received by or owned by G Jessop. There are three postcards with correspondence to Jessop, one a postcard from a admirer on Jessop’s Birthday 19th May recalling various innings played by Jessop in the past dated 1940, a Christmas greeting postcard from James Thorpe, the illustrator and cricket author dated 1944 and a further postcard from a Sydney ?? dated 1952. Other postcards include an original printed mono postcards of G.L. Jessop’s XI v Uddington, June 1908, a printed colour postcard of name and emblems of the various colleges at Cambridge University, which Jessop attended. Qty 7. Good condition
