Printed title to front, Menu and Toasts to inside. The rear cover is nicely signed in ink by fifteen attendees. Players’ signatures include Ishant Ali, Foster, Gibbs, Holder, Lloyd, Willett, Headley, Fredericks, David Murray, Boyce, Deryck Murray, Shillingford, also Tony Cozier and one other.
